Air Relief Valve: Two air relief valves are included. These valves automatically open when the hyperbaric chamber reaches its maximum operating pressure, facilitating the continuous circulation of fresh air.

Windows: Four 15-inch wide windows, strategically placed: one overhead, one at face level in front, and one on each side of the hyperbaric chamber. 

Internal and External Gauge: With internal and external gauges provided, the individual undergoing hyperbaric oxygen and a monitoring person outside the chamber can simultaneously track the internal pressure during their hyperbaric session.

RETURNS

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Airvida Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.

 We must be contacted within 30 days of receiving the goods for Airvida Chamber returns. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package before mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. A 10% restocking fee applies if the product has been opened, as well as credit card fees and shipping costs incurred to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined it, Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. 

Exchanges:

All Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.  We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to check in with us at the email address below. 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:

We absolutely ship to Alaska and Hawaii! There may be an additional shipping cost for a highly remote location, but most areas are free shipping.
