Returns & Exchanges

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the shipping to your specified address and the return charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

 To start a return, you can contact us at support@healingthehyperbaricway.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory.

For Drive DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrators we must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods to process returns. The products cannot be open or used to be eligible for a return. The refund may be reduced by fees incurred during the sale including a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Once our customer service has received the product and examined that it is in like new condition, Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours.

For Newtowne Hyperbarics or Summit to Sea products we must be contacted within 15 days of the receipt of goods to process any returns. The refund may be reduced by fees incurred during the sale including credit card fees and shipping costs to and from the buyer.

For any Oxygen Health Systems products, we must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods to process any returns. The refund will be reduced by fees incurred during the sale including a 20% restocking fee, credit card fees, and shipping costs to and from the buyer.

The Hyperbaric Training Programs by Hyperbaric Excellence are not returnable.

All LS Pro Systems low level light therapy products may be returned in new condition. We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package before mailing. The refund may be reduced by fees incurred during the sale or damage to the product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like new condition, or we will adjust the costs to bring it back to the original quality and needs to be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the warehouse has received the product and examined if it is in like new condition or determined the costs to bring it back to its original quality, Healing the Hyperbaric way will issue a refund within 24 hours. A refund will be issued to the original credit card that was used at purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Open and or used oxygen concentrators cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you an invoice for the new product where you can pay the difference, or we will credit your credit card and ship you the new product.
