DESCRIPTION

The new Elite Hyperbaric Borealis Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber is designed for a wheelchair or reclining chair inside as it stands 5' 3 inches tall. It has a wide door for easy access and a flush bottom for getting the wheelchair inside. This hyperbaric chamber can be operated alone. *No prescription is required for this Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber; as with all hyperbaric chambers, we advise you to consult your doctor.

This hyperbaric chamber includes a Drive DeVilbiss 10 liters per minute oxygen concentrator.  This will increase your oxygen to 95% purity, enhancing the benefits of your hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Oxygen Health Systems technology is always progressing in hyperbarics with unique quality in design. Their hyperbaric chambers go through a rigid test plan. FEATURES

Diameter: 52 inches in width,  66 inches tall stands the Borealis Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber when inflated. The bolsters sit in a 53" x 53" square on the floor to support the hyperbaric chamber from rolling around.

Frame: Internal metal frame, allowing for ease of entry and exit with bolsters to prevent the Borealis Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber from rolling around.

Zippers: Two zipper systems- with a center flap that provides a seal with leak protection and reduces the load on the zipper.

Power Outage Alarm: Included, it alerts you with an alarm when there is a power outage. 

Compressors: One 620-watt compressor, five stage filtration system on our oxygen concentrator filtrates pollutants down to the micron level. 52 lbs

Air Relief Valve: Dual pressure relief valves at the foot of the chamber and a patented emergency relief valve. In the event of an emergency, you can press the release button from inside the chamber which will quickly depressurize so you can then exit the chamber.

Windows: Five double deck 1 mm thick windows on the front. This is ideal for someone is may feel a bit claustrophobic as it gives you lots of light and the ability to see out through multiple angles.

Internal and External Gauge: Both included, the patient and a person outside of the hyperbaric chamber can monitor the internal pressure while completing their hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Accessories: Included are a walkie-talkie communication system, two oxygen masks, two headsets, and two nasal cannulas for direct oxygen.

RETURNS

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.

 We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods for Oxygen Health Systems returns. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred if the product has been opened, credit card fees, and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined it Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concerns, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrater later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Exchanges:

All Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.  We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

WARRANTY

Oxygen Health Systems includes a 5 year full coverage warranty on the main chamber.

The customer pays for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes. We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting our equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months.  Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, we provide a complete replacement of all affected components. Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling or user operation.
