DESCRIPTION 

The Oxygen Health Systems 36” Soft Hyperbaric Chamber Lux-Air has a J-style zipper, which gives you a wider area to enter and exit your hyperbaric chamber. This wider door is perfect for someone who may have mobility challenges with the slit-style door. It can be entered from the top or a side angle. You just rotate the hyperbaric chamber depending on which entry you prefer. This fits one to two-person (adult and smaller child) hyperbaric chamber. It also includes a contoured mattress that fits comfortably in the bottom of the hyperbaric chamber. The Lux-Air Hyperbaric Chamber can be operated from inside, giving you the ability to use it when treating at home without assistance.

There is a metal interior frame that holds up the hyperbaric chamber making it easier to get inside. The Lux-Air Hyperbaric Chamber includes a Drive DeVilbiss 10 liters per minute oxygen concentrator. FDA approved. This increases the oxygen to 95% purity, which will enhance the benefits of your hyperbaric oxygen therapy session. A dehumidifier is also included, to make your sessions more comfortable, as the temperature can increase by 5-10 degrees inside the 36” Soft Hyperbaric Chamber. This Hbot includes the option to add air conditioning for those in a hotter climate. *No prescription is required for this Lux Air 36" Hyperbaric Chamber, as with all hyperbaric chambers we advise you to consult your doctor.

Main Body-The Bladder: Double-sided 44 oz medical grade TPU coated PET polyester material that is certified non-toxic and sourced from Germany.

Frame: Internal steel frame which holds the shape when the hyperbaric chamber is not in use.

Zippers: Two zipper systems with a center flap that provides a seal with leak protection and reduces the load on the zipper.

Power Outage Alarm: Included. An alarm alerts you when there is a power outage.

Compressors: one 520-watt compressor, which is an adjustable pressure control system, oil-free, low noise with two mufflers, activated carbon two-way filtering technology, and provides high volume air flow at 72 LPM. Designed to purify air and dust contaminants efficiently giving you purer air quality.

Air Relief Valve: Dual pressure relief valves at the foot of the hyperbaric chamber and a patented emergency relief valve. In the event of an emergency, you can press the release button from inside your Lux-Air Hyperbaric Chamber which will quickly depressurize so you can then exit the chamber.

Windows: Two double deck 1 mm thick windows. 

Internal and External Gauge: Both are included, therefore the patient and a person outside of the hyperbaric chamber can monitor the internal pressure while completing their hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Entry to Chamber: Top or Side. You just rotate the hyperbaric chamber depending on which entry you prefer.

Accessories: Included is a 300-watt dehumidifier to help ensure you have the most relaxing experience so you can focus on healing. Includes a negative ion unit to enhance your treatment. You will receive pure oxygen with negative ions which helps promote the body's immune system. A finger pulse oximeter will measure your blood oxygen saturation. A walkie-talkie communication system, LED internal light, two oxygen masks, two headsets, and two nasal cannulas.

Oxygen Concentrator: A 10 liter per minute Drive DeVilbiss Concentrator is included. 640 watts, 18 to 20 PSIG giving you 95% air purity. FDA approved. 3-year warranty.

Watts/Voltage: Total System 1460 Watts, 110-120 volts and 220 available upon request. Oxygen concentrator 640 watts, compressor 520 watts, dehumidifier 300 watts. Additional upgrade for the air conditioner 550 watt

RETURNS

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make a note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.

 We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods for Oxygen Health Systems returns. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred if the product has been opened, credit card fees, and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined it Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concerns, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrator later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Exchanges:

All Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.  We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

WARRANTY

Oxygen Health Systems includes a 36-month full coverage warranty on the main body of the chamber. Oxygen Health Systems further guarantees its hardware oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, air compressor, etc. against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The customer pays for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes.  Oxygen Health Systems pride itself on painstaking accuracy and crafting equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data they know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months.  Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, they provide a complete replacement of all affected components. Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling, or user operation.
