DESCRIPTION

The Oxyflow Duo Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber gives two people the ability to sit or recline back in two comfortable reclining chairs sitting (side by side) next to each other. This hyperbaric chamber can be operated alone for home use or in a clinic. There is an attendant call button incase you need assistance. *No prescription is required for this Oxyflow Duo Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber, as with all hyperbaric chambers we advise you to consult your doctor.

It has an angled design that is great for those unable to step into a top entry hyperbaric chamber. This Oxyflow Hyperbaric Chamber gives flexibility for two people to sit straight up or lay back in the flexible balanced chair for relaxation while you are healing.

You enter from the front of the hyperbaric chamber as it zips down toward your feet with no more than 8 inches to step in.  The zipper splits open in the middle to allow for an easy entrance. With an 89" length, even those taller individuals can have the comfort to stretch their legs out.  

The Oxyflow Duo Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber includes a 10 LPM Drive DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrator producing 18 to 20 PSIG at 95% oxygen purity for the most effective treatments. FDA approved. This higher 10 LPM oxygen concentrator will ensure there is no back pressure. 

Included is a dehumidifier to make your sessions more comfortable.

An emergency pressure relief button is available to speed up your exit in an emergency. There are dual pressure relief valves that provide redundancy of airflow at the foot of the hyperbaric chamber.

Main Body-The Bladder: Double-sided 44 oz medical grade TPU coated PET polyester material that is certified non-toxic and sourced from Germany.

Frame: Internal metal frame, allowing for ease of entry and exit with bolsters to prevent the Oxyflow Duo Chamber from rolling around.

Zippers: Two zipper system- with a center flap that provides a seal with leak protection and reduces the load on the zipper.

Power Outage Alarm: Included-alerts you with an alarm when there is a power outage. 

Compressors: one 620-watt compressor which is adjustable pressure control system, oil-free, low noise, activated carbon two-way filtering technology, and provides high volume air flow at 72 LPM. Designed to purify air and dust contaminants efficiently giving you purer air quality.

Air Relief Valve: Dual pressure relief valves at the foot of the chamber and a patented emergency relief valve. In the event of an emergency, you can press the release button from inside the chamber which will quickly depressurize so you can then exit the chamber.

Windows: Four double deck 1 mm thick windows (2 on each side) which give you lots of light and the ability to see out through multiple angles. 

Internal and External Gauge: Both included, therefore the patient and a person outside of the hyperbaric chamber can monitor the internal pressure while completing their hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Entry to Chamber: Side-top This hbot is angled.

Accessories: Included is a 300-watt dehumidifier to help ensure you have the most relaxing experience so you can focus on healing. Includes a negative ion unit to enhance your treatment. You will receive pure oxygen with negative ions, which helps promote the body's immune system. Attendant buzzer to notify an attendant for assistance. There is an additional port for the option to add our ionizer or a secondary oxygen concentrator if desired. Two oxygen masks, two headsets, and two nasal cannulas for direct oxygen.

Oxygen Concentrator: A 10 liter per minute Drive DeVilbiss Concentrator is included. 640-watts, 18 to 20 PSIG giving you 95% air purity. 3-year warranty.

Watts/Voltage: Total System 1560 Watts, 110-120 volts and 220 available upon request. Oxygen concentrator 640 watts, compressor 620 watts, dehumidifier 300 watts. Additional upgrade for the air conditioner 550 watts.

RETURNS

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.

 We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods for Oxygen Health Systems returns. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred if the product has been opened, credit card fees and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined that it Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concern, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrator later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Exchanges:

All Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.  We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

WARRANTY

Oxygen Health Systems includes a 36-month full coverage warranty on the main chamber. Oxygen Health Systems further guarantees its hardware oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, air compressor, etc. against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Customer pays for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes. We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting our equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months.  Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components. Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling or user operation.
