 DESCRIPTION

This wheelchair-accessible and walk-in XLT MC4400 Vertical Hyperbaric Chamber offers a spacious and comfortable environment for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Its design allows for easy entry and movement, supporting rolling a wheelchair directly inside. The chamber is 6 feet tall and 71 inches deep, providing ample space to stand up, lay down, or relax in a reclining chair. It can accommodate up to two adults and is designed for convenient operation.

This hyperbaric chamber includes a Drive DeVilbiss 10 liters per minute oxygen concentrator to enhance your hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions.  A dehumidifier is also included for added comfort, as the temperature can increase slightly inside the chamber.  An optional air conditioning unit is available for those in warmer climates.

Main Body-The Bladder: Double-sided 44 oz medical grade TPU coated PET polyester material that is certified non-toxic and sourced from Germany.

Frame: The internal metal frame allows for ease of entry and exit and has bolsters to prevent the MC 4400 Hyperbaric Chamber from rolling around. The internal frame does not sit flush against the wall when inflated, so when considering the internal space, make sure you factor in the frame dimensions: 60" length, 40" width, and 71" height.

Zippers: There are two zipper systems, one with a center flap that provides a seal with leak protection and reduces the load on the zipper.

Power Outage Alarm: Included alerts you with an alarm when there is a power outage. 

Compressors: One 620-watt compressor has an adjustable pressure control system, is oil-free, has low noise, and uses activated carbon two-way filtering technology to provide high-volume air flow at 180 LPM. It is designed to efficiently purify air and dust contaminants, giving you purer air quality.

Air Relief Valve: Dual pressure relief valves at the foot of the chamber and a patented emergency relief valve. In the event of an emergency, you can press the release button from inside the chamber, which will quickly depressurize so you can exit the hyperbaric chamber.

Windows: Four double-deck, 1 mm thick windows let in lots of light and allow you to see out through multiple angles.

Internal and External Gauge: Both are included. Therefore, the patient and someone outside the hyperbaric chamber can monitor the internal pressure while completing their hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Accessories: Included is a 300-watt dehumidifier to help ensure you have the most relaxing experience so you can focus on healing. Includes a negative ion unit to enhance your treatment. You will receive pure oxygen with negative ions which helps promote the body's immune system. A finger pulse oximeter will measure your blood oxygen saturation. A walkie-talkie communication system, LED internal light, two oxygen masks, two headsets, and two nasal cannulas.

Oxygen Concentrator: A 10 liter per minute Drive DeVilbiss Concentrator is included. 640 watts, 18 to 20 PSIG giving you 95% air purity. FDA approved. 3-year warranty.

Watts/Voltage: Total System 1560 Watts, 110-120 volts and 220 available upon request. Oxygen concentrator 640 watts, compressor 620 watts, dehumidifier 300 watts. Additional upgrade for the air conditioner 550 watts.

RETURNS

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make a note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.

 We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods for Oxygen Health Systems returns. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred if the product has been opened, credit card fees, and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined it Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concerns, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrator later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Exchanges:

All Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.  We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

WARRANTY

Oxygen Health Systems (O.H.S.) includes a 36-month full coverage warranty on the main chamber. O.H.S further warrants its hardware (e.g. O2 Concentrator, Air Conditioner, Dehumidifier, Air Compressor, etc.) against defects for 3 years from the date of purchase.

We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting our equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months. Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components. O.H.S at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling or user operation. O.H.S provides a 20 years warranty on all windows and window seams.

Warranty is non-transferable unless under special circumstances and at the sole discretion of O.H.S. such a transfer has been pre-approved in writing. Customer is responsible for notifying O.H.S. before physical move of chamber.
