DESCRIPTION

The Oxygen Health Systems XLT MC4500 Vertical Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber is designed for a wheelchair or reclining chair inside. It has a wide door for easy access and can fit up to two individuals. You can stand up inside as it is 6.5 feet tall. *No prescription is required for this XLT MC4500 Hyperbaric Chamber, as with all hyperbaric chambers we advise you to consult your doctor.

This hyperbaric chamber includes a Drive DeVilbiss 10 liters per minute oxygen concentrator.  This will increase your oxygen to 95% purity which will enhance the benefits of your hyperbaric oxygen therapy session. A dehumidifier is also included to make your sessions more comfortable as the temperature can increase by 5-10 degrees inside any hyperbaric chamber.

FEATURES

Diameter: 63" width,  81" (6.5 feet) tall, hyperbaric oxygen chamber XLT MC4500 when inflated. You can stand up inside. It has a 31" wide door and is 57" tall for easy access. This unit can support two adults. The internal frame size is 60" in length x 40" in width x 71" in height. The bolsters sit in a 53" x 53" square on the floor to support the hyperbaric chamber from rolling around.

Main Body-The Bladder: Double-sided 44 oz medical grade TPU coated PET polyester material that is certified non-toxic and sourced from Germany.

Frame: Internal metal frame, allowing for ease of entry and exit with bolsters to prevent the Oxy Air Chamber from rolling around.

Zippers: Two zipper systems- with a center flap that provides a seal with leak protection and reduces the load on the zipper.

Belt Buckles: None

Power Outage Alarm: Included, it alerts you with an alarm when there is a power outage. 

Compressors: one 520-watt compressor which is an adjustable pressure control system, oil-free, low noise, activated carbon two-way filtering technology, and provides high volume air flow at 120 LPM. Designed to purify air and dust contaminants efficiently giving you purer air quality.

Air Relief Valve: Dual pressure relief valves at the foot of the chamber and a patented emergency relief valve. In the event of an emergency, you can press the release button from inside the chamber which will quickly depressurize so you can then exit the chamber.

Windows: Four double deck 1 mm thick windows, which give you lots of light and the ability to see out through multiple angles.

Internal and External Gauge: Both included, therefore the patient and a person outside of the hyperbaric chamber can monitor the internal pressure while completing their hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Accessories: Included is a 300-watt dehumidifier to help ensure you have the most relaxing experience so you can focus on healing. Includes a negative ion unit to enhance your treatment. You will receive pure oxygen with negative ions, which helps promote the body's immune system. A finger pulse oximeter will measure your blood oxygen saturation. A walkie-talkie communication system, two oxygen masks, two headsets, and two nasal cannulas for direct oxygen.

Oxygen Concentrator: A 10 liter per minute Drive DeVilbiss Concentrator is included. 640-watts, 18 to 20 PSIG giving you 95% air purity.  3-year warranty.

Includes a video training for easy setup and customer support.

Watts/Voltage: Total System 1560 Watts, 110-120 volts and 220 available upon request. Oxygen concentrator 640 watts, compressor 620 watts, dehumidifier 300 watts. Additional upgrade for the air conditioner 550 watts.

RETURNS

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.

 We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods for Oxygen Health Systems returns. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred if the product has been opened, credit card fees, and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined it Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concerns, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrater later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with. 

Exchanges:

All Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com.  We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

WARRANTY

Oxygen Health Systems includes a 36-month full coverage warranty on the main chamber. Oxygen Health Systems further guarantees its hardware oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, air compressor, etc. against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The customer pays for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes. We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting our equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months.  Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, we provide a complete replacement of all affected components. Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling or user operation.
