This Summit to Sea Grand Dive Pro portable hyperbaric chamber is very bright and spacious, with a large entrance. The opening is large enough to add a stretcher, move around and exercise, or have 2-3 people inside the hyperbaric chamber, making it a best seller for clinic use. The platform elevates the hbot off the ground, giving it a little more ease of access for the patient. It is energy efficient, using 250 watts of power. This hyperbaric chamber (HBOT) is operable internally and externally, giving you complete control over your hyperbaric chamber so you can complete your hyperbaric oxygen session alone. It has a double vent system that reaches a maximum of 4.4 PSI and in-line air filtration. Made in the USA using high-quality materials from partners in Europe and the USA. Operating Pressure: 1.3 ATA or 4.4 PSI with a double vent system for safety and one auxiliary valve.

Main Body-The Bladder: Made of polyurethane

Frame: External, made of furniture-grade PVC frame. An external frame is great as you do not lose any space inside the hyperbaric chamber or lay up against the frame when you are inside.

Zippers: Two zippers, one mechanical and one airtight zipper. It can be operated alone from the inside and outside.

Belt Buckles: Four buckles. The buckles help reduce stress on the zippers, therefore extending their life.

Power Outage Alarm: Yes. The power outage alarm will sound if there is an interruption in power because the pump stops or the power goes out in the home or office. If the power is lost, there is plenty of time to get out of the hyperbaric chamber using standard procedures. CO2 build-up would not be an issue for at least 30 minutes.

Compressors: This is a dual compressor system. If one of the compressors fails, ample fresh air will still be delivered into the hyperbaric chamber, allowing you to deflate the hbot and exit safely. The compressors run on a standard 120-volt 15 AMP outlet, and the two compressors are equivalent to running under a 100-watt light bulb.

Windows: Two 11" x 7.5" windows on the front and back

Internal and External Gauge: Both gauges are included to monitor the internal pressure while completing your hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Entry to Chamber: Front side

Accessories: Wooden platform to elevate the hyperbaric chamber. The platform under the hyperbaric chamber can make it easier to climb into as it is not directly on the floor. A four inch thick contoured mattress and travel carrying bag for transporting it to another location is included.

Returns

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives; if you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Summit to Sea Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return, please get in touch with us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com. We must be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. The refund may be reduced by fees incurred during the sale, including credit card fees and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined that it is like new condition or determined the costs to bring it back to its original quality, Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with.

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concerns, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and adding the oxygen concentrator later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition, Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with.

Exchanges:

All Summit to Sea Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange, you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com. We must be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number, which must be placed outside the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

Warranty

Summit to Sea warrants the Grand Dive Pro Hyperbaric Chamber and accessories against defect for two years from purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, with sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage because of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping is the customer's responsibility. Summit to Sea covers all hyperbaric chamber components, including zipper, windows, seams, valves, and hoses.

An additional one-, two-, or three-year warranty can be purchased anytime during the first two years. The extended warranties also cover all components of the hyperbaric chamber, including zipper, windows, seams, valves, and hoses.
