Operating Pressure: 1.3 ATA or 4.4 PSI with double vent system for safety and two auxiliary valves. One auxiliary valve on the front and one on the back.

Main Body-The Bladder: Made of polyurethane

Frame: External, made with furniture-grade PVC pipe. An external frame is great as you do not lose any space inside the hyperbaric chamber or lay up against the frame when you are inside.

Zippers: Two zippers, one mechanical and one airtight zipper. It can be operated from the inside and outside as well as alone.

Belt Buckles: Four buckles. The buckles help reduce stress on the zippers, therefore extending their life.

Power Outage Alarm: Yes. The power outage alarm will sound if there is an interruption in power because the pump stops or the power goes out in the home or office. If the power is lost, there is plenty of time to get out of the hyperbaric chamber using routine procedures. CO2 build-up would not be an issue for at least 30 minutes.

Compressors: Four compressors with high-efficiency electric pumps and patented sound suppression. They run on a standard 120-volt 15 AMP outlet, and the four compressors are equivalent to running a 100-watt light bulb.

Pressure Relief Valves: This hbot has four total. Two on the front and two on the back with one extra safety relief valve.

Windows: Two 11" x 7.5" windows

Internal and External Gauge: Both are included to monitor the internal pressure.

Entry to Chamber: Enter from the front. A wheelchair may be pushed inside, or must have the mobility to sit down and stand up out of a chair or lay down on the four inch mattress.

Accessories: A four inch thick contoured mattress for comfort, muffler sponge for a quieter experience, a carrying case for travel and transporting it, and a carpet to lay over the zipper when entering the HBOT with a wheelchair. This helps protect the life of the zipper.

Returns

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives; if you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com, and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds:

All Summit to Sea Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return, please get in touch with us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com. We must be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. The refund may be reduced by fees incurred during sale, including credit card fees and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined that it is in like new condition or determined the costs to bring it back to its original quality, Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with.

Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concerns, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrator later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once received in its original condition, Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with.

Exchanges:

All Summit to Sea Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange, you must contact us at returns@healingthehyperbaricway.com. We must be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory. If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

Warranty

Summit to Sea warrants the Short Grand Dive Pro Plus Hyperbaric Chamber and accessories against defect for two years from purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, with sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage because of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping is the customer's responsibility. Summit to Sea covers all components on chambers including zipper, windows, seams, valves, and hoses.

An additional one, two, or three-year warranty can be purchased anytime during the first two years. The extended warranties also cover all components of the hyperbaric chamber, including zipper, windows, seams, valves, and hoses.
