Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives, if you notice any damage make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim within 24 hours on your behalf.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges and credit card fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Returns & Refunds:
All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories may be returned in like new condition. To return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods for Oxygen Health Systems returns. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package prior to mailing. All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in the original packaging.
The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping it back to the factory. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred if the product has been opened, credit card fees and shipping costs to and from the buyer. Once customer service has received the product and examined that it Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with.
Oxygen concentrators cannot be returned unless the box is unopened. If you have any concern, we recommend trying out your hyperbaric chamber and then adding the oxygen concentrator later. If the concentrator is unopened and sent back to the warehouse once it is received in its original condition Healing The Hyperbaric Way will issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original credit card it was purchased with.
All Oxygen Health Systems Hyperbaric Chambers and accessories be exchanged in like new condition. To exchange you must contact us at email@example.com. We must be contacted within 30 days of the receipt of goods. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and it must be placed on the outside of the package.

If the item that you’re exchanging it for is less than the original charge to your credit card or the new amount exceeds the original purchase amount, that refund or charge will take place within 24 hours after customer service has checked the quality it was received in.

Customer pays for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes. We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting our equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months. Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components. Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling or user operation.
